The CCT Community Development Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established as a fundraising and giving arm of the Chippewa Cree Tribe.
Rocky Boy’s Reservation has extremely limited resources for after-school programs or other youth services. Since basketball is a popular sport, revitalizing the courts invites children of all ages, along with family members, to participate in team building and fun activities. In addition to learning sportsmanship, children will have a wholesome activity to keep them busy after school.
This initiative is an “easy win” and will make a tremendous impact on the youth of Chippewa Cree Tribe. Even a nominal donation will help with repairing the courts, upgrading basketball goals, and buying new basketballs and sports equipment.
Due to high unemployment, many tribal members live at or below the poverty line. This is especially true for tribal elders whose homes are in dire need of renovations. Many elders are handicapped, but their homes are not wheelchair accessible. The homes must be modernized for proper electrical, heating and cooling systems, and plumbing.
Your donation can make a real difference in helping our elders get the essentials to survive Montana’s harsh winters and summers, and live happier, healthier lives.
Thank you for your consideration and generosity!
